2024 Gala - Paint the Town Red

DAWN's Gala is an annual fundraising event aimed to raise unrestricted funding for survivors of domestic abuse. DAWN's Gala brings together philanthropists, business leaders, and community members who share a commitment to making our communities safer by preventing and addressing violence through education and advocacy. This year's theme is "Paint the Town Red" and invites DAWN supporters for a night of mouthwatering food, drinks, games, and rising for peace!

Highlights include a red reception, dinner, entertainment, multiple silent auctions, and a live auction. Entertainment will include staff speakers, survivor stories, and opportunities to learn what DAWN has in store for the future.

About Us

Since 1980, DAWN’s has been one of the leading domestic violence agencies in South King County. Serving over 1,200 clients annually, DAWN and offers a wide variety of domestic violence services including but not limited to mobile advocacy, legal advocacy, immigrant advocacy, youth advocacy, and community service officer (CSO) advocacy, mental health services including support groups and Children Domestic Violence Response Team (CDVRT), and one of the few fully confidential emergency shelters in Washington state. DAWN's mission is to stand will all survivors of domestic abuse, help them rebuild their lives, and strive to make our communities safer by preventing and addressing domestic violence through education and advocacy.
